The Family & Children's Trust Fund of Virginia operates in a time of change which is transforming families and organizations in the public and private arena that experience and address family violence.
As a result, FACT functions as a value-added provider of information, knowledge, leadership, funding and public awareness about family violence throughout Virginia.
